This section lists all of the backgrounds which are allowed to be used in the Astilan campaign setting. It does so in reverse fashion, since most of the published backgrounds are allowed. Below is a list of the backgrounds from published materials which are NOT allowed. For the purposes of this list, published materials are ones listed as Sourcebooks or Adventures on the D&D Beyond website.
