Return to Troubles in Icefia
Session 19: Stranded on Dakon (Summer 816)
- With the Whitesword gone, the group has no way home. They talk with the assembled deities who tell them the best option is to head towards a new rift that is going to open in a far away land on the border. The group agrees this is their best chance and find a ship to take them in that direction.
- The voyage is aboard a possessed ship. While on the trip, they run into Will O Wisps and a sea monster; but are able to drive both away from the ship.
- After reaching their destination, the group encounters a town of winged reptiles and rests before the next part of their journey which will be aboard a ship with living crew members.
- On the firs night, mephits outside of the town announce the arrival of their lord, a fire giant. The giant is there for Prince Uther, cleric of Gyru. The giant charges but is blinded by magic. The group rushes to attack and surrounds the giant. After a few furious moments of combat, it is defeated.
