Return to Deities

The matron of the Horarian people, Quan Yin is the only deity that they have left from their days before Habololy.  She is peace incarnate, and the guiding hand behind Kathow-tio-Horari.  She exists because of the Horarian people and exists for them.  She cares little for the actions of the Counsil, never speaking

at the Counsil and rarely acting in it.

It is mainly the Horarians that hold the faithful of Quan Yin, although she is prayed to on occasion by others, temples outside of Kathow-tio-Horari are rare.

Quan Yin has never been seen by any mortal.
